Travel Diary: Author - Yumi

Kyle and I went hiking in Squamish today. We packed a couple of sandwiches for lunch. We walked about 4 -5 Km through the unpaved road with ups and downs. Although we had some steep parts, we enjoyed hiking very much. It was perfect weather to hike, not too hot and not too cold. Last time we came hiking, I gave up in the middle but I made it all the way up to our destination this time, where we are going to build a cabin.

When we got to the cabin site, we had lunch looking at the stunning view, fresh green of the mountain ranges and clear water of river.

We saw many kinds of beautiful flowers. Most of them are not unfamiliar to us but last time we came here was winter and we didn't see a lot of flowers, so we enjoyed the new look of mountains. We will definitely come and hike here in this summer again!
