At these businesses you can make your own beer at a very good price. There are a lot of people who make beer at U-Brew Stores in Vancouver. We can make not only beer but also wine. Outside the entrance is delicious smel (^o^)丿
When we went in, one gentleman, David said "Konnichiwa!" David is the owner and helped us from beginning to the end. First thing to do was to wash all the bottles. We found some of the bottles had mold so we bleached them to clean them completely.
After we cleaned the bottles, we bottled the brewed beer into individual bottle. David showed me how to bottle. It looked simple and easy but wen I did it, i spilled some of PRECIOUS beer...I wished I could have drank that...
Anyway, after bottling some, I got to know when to stop. I was getting better! We bottled 80 bottles (472ml x 80). We still had some left i the keg, we bought cans without lables. We bottled 28 cans of 350ml. That means a keg has 48L. Wow! That is a lot!
Kyle and David talked about sailing and they were planning to go sailing together some day.
Kyle ordered another keg for 2 months later. In 2 months, we will have another keg ready to drink which means we have to drink all of the beers that we bottled today. Who drinks all of it?! And how?! I am so excited to see what happens two months from now! The beer may be gone....who knows?!
